      Best place I've ever worked and I've worked at many companies - large and small

      Pros

      Management really cares about keeping their employees happy. They are very generous with benefits and PTO. They are flexible and supportive of individual schedules. They listen to suggestions from staff regarding "Work/Life Balance". They offer opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge. They encourage team building with many fun activities (Halloween competition, No Shave November, Chili Cook Off, Thanksgiving Breakfast, Winter Holiday Party, just to name a few. I would say of all the many places I've worked, I never felt such a warm welcome to the company as I did with this staff at Interface Engineering. It's a really terrific place to work.

      Pros

      I would say my experience so far at Interface has been a very positive and a excepting environment. I've never once felt like a burden during my time here training and learning about the job, which isn't always the case when you start a new job.

      Cons

      I would say the only con I have about interface is their policy on maternity leave. I think there should be a drastic change on their policy and I hope I see that change occur during my time here.

Regarding your comment about our maternity leave policy, Interface's goal is to provide benefits that are inclusive and non-gender specific. Our parental leave policies are determined by city, state, and federal guidelines. Additionally, we support families through our generous 100% employer-paid health care offerings for employees and 80% employer-paid offerings for spouse/dependents. We strive to meet the needs of all of our employees, regardless of gender or marital status.
