use of Agile book club most of the employees are nice and kind the office space is solid

Cons

products don't work well lack of leadership with strategic vision limited growth and education

Pros

Excellent people, excellent facilities. Management actually listens to employees. A very friendly work-environment. Lots of teamwork and camaraderie.

Cons

Some products do get released before they are 100% ready. More time should be spent by all staff making sure a product is 100% ready before it reaches the customer.
