Pros

Excellent people, excellent facilities. Management actually listens to employees. A very friendly work-environment. I hope to still be working here the day I retire.

Cons

Some products are released before they are ready. More time should be spent by all staff making sure a product is 100% ready before it reaches the customer.

Great owners. Awesome work environment. Owners are not turning a blind eye to issues and they are always working toward improvement. Staff is great to work with.

Cons

Hire people into positions that they will thrive in and that will allow the company to thrive.

Pros

IPeople offers a great environment to work in with excellent benefits. The leadership team truly seems to care about the employees and is always working to improve things as the company continues to grow. There are lots of opportunities available to employees for career growth. The staff is amazing!

Cons

The free snacks get eaten too fast. The employees are never bored... it is a fast paced environment where things are always hopping.
