The work is great if you are a network guy.

I am sorry that Interface is not meeting your expectations. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you regarding your issues with management. You can expect confidentiality to the degree of your choosing. I would like to put these disappointing 1-2 years in the past and move forward with a much improved work experience. My contact information can be found on the company intranet site. Thank you for your feedback and I do hope to hear from you soon. -Donna Kulage

Thank you for your feedback. I assume that you work on our SMB team since your job title is Analyst and you mention the long shifts. I encourage you to meet with HR to discuss your feeling about the management team. Listening to employees is very important and if you feel this is lacking in your department, it should be brought to the attention of HR. A meeting will be confidential if that's what you prefer. HR will be able to address this issue with your manager and provide coaching if needed. Sometimes managers do not realize they lack a connection with their team and HR can help them to turn that around.
