      Pros

      Interface Security Systems LLC was a great place to work and grow in the security industry. There is a wide variety of systems and services offered. The pay is on the higher scale for like companies. Benefits are superior to many companies (Pay, Vacation, Sick Time, Holiday Time Off and a Contributing 401K)

      Much documentation needed for each sale (However most of it is necessary}

      Pros

      Company does not let go of people often, so it is a very steady reliable job if you show up and do your job. For the most part, no issues with taking time off for vacation or being sick. My time there the company gave ample chances for everyone even if you make mistakes, almost to a fault.

      Cons

      Very little mobility. You will most likely be stuck in the same role for years and years.
