Thank you so much for your feedback, and for your commitment and service to Interface! We appreciate hearing about the areas that have been a positive impact on your employee experience, as many of these have been recently implemented over the past few years. We hear you on interdepartment communication -- this is why this has been our #1 priority since last year's Employee Engagement Survey. We are proud to hear from employees that this was our largest increase item YOY on this year's survey, but we recognize we still have a ways to go! We have rolled out an Internal Jobs Hub and all open roles are posted internally across the company to enable advancement opportunities for all employees.
