Pros

The job itself is fun. No day is always the same. It’s fun to catch robberies, stop thefts, altercations, etc.

Cons

The write up system has no leniency. Management tends to show favoritism. I had flex shift. It’s in between swing shift and grave. The hours were weird and I couldn’t change it.

Pros

The flexibility of time offwas a good point to being here.

Cons

Management above the branch level has no clue what's going on. Most of the project managers are in over their heads. The company states it promotes from within, and they do, as long as you can access the company site...which is secured and can be accessed from the office...but management tells you to stay out of the office. The help desks they make you use have incredibly long wait times (average is three hours on a simple call). There is a complete lack of training. Recent shake up in upper management roles.
