      Pros

      Competitive pay compared to similar positions and experience. Potential for all the overtime you want. Potential for intercompany transfers and promotions before positions are posted out of company.

      Cons

      Politics inside Mills are very much like highschool popularity contests. 70-80 hours on long weeks. No work recognition. No clear leadership chain.

      Pros

      Great opportunities with good benefits and pay. A lot of opportunities for advancement especially if you want to move.

      Cons

      Long hours but it is expected due to being a fast paced production environment. Need more operators for the machine centers.

      Pros

      retirement, option to buy stock in company, higher pay scale for the area, good insurance, safety conscious, huge opportunity for advancement, reward programs i.e. lunch, gear etc. monthly, everyone is courteous, friendly and professional. Management takes an interest in the individual employee. Family is valued. I feel like I came home.

      Cons

      noisy but that is expected in a mill environment
