Pros

You learn a lot as you get thrown into the deep end immediately. Very production oriented company. Many people there are supportive and culture under the right management is good.

Cons

You're just a number. If the numbers don't match up, then you will be thrown. There is no loyalty from the company and not many incentives for you to work hard. Management wants to squeeze every drop out of you.
