Pros

To start with the pro’s, there are some great people that work there. You will find that rare Pokémon that will stick their neck out for you which are definitely worth it. Love the kitchen food and the different ways they try to keep you healthy.

Cons

Unfortunately the “healthy” part on referred to the changes in the vending machines. I used to LOVE working here. Things changed when managers weren’t being up front about things anymore and started selling departments off to other companies. There is a LOT of favoritism and if you aren’t on the right side of the tracks, you will lose the political game and lose your job. They are not worth the heartache. Depending on your position, you will for sure come across the “Don’t you know who I am??” Which makes a hostile work environment memorable.

Pros

I like my coworkers. I wished job security was a pro.

Cons

The micromanage everything, what to wear, what to eat, what to say, when to say it, flu vaccine is mandatory or you lose your job.... Seems like your always on the chop block and we have to fix all the problems.

Pros

Wonderful, hard working, loyal and dedicated co-workers whom truly care about their patients.

Cons

Management makes you feel like you’re all disposable and replaceable. Completely unappreciated. Weeding out all the old and replacing them w/the brand new because they’re paid less, or simply outsourcing. Upper management implementing changes to clinical setting of which they’ve never stepped foot into. Continually adding more and more to everyone’s plate w/little to no care for our it’s effecting the caregivers and/or their patients.
