Nice building. Good insurance coverage for family. Casual dress code. Oracle cafe fantastic. Farm to fork and affordable. Very cool. Will miss the food.

Cons

Quick to terminate anyone not making quota without providing simple needs. No exceptions for absence even with a doctor note. Verging on labor law violations. Emerging big business finding loopholes to deny raises and bonuses. Stay away.

Great Benefits, Good atmosphere and friendly co-workers. Lots of fringe benefits, discounts on cell phone bills, at restaurants, and retail stores

Cons

Bad communication, lots of corporate red tape and rules make this company very slow moving. Compensation is just below average.

Medical staff is knowledgable but unable to delivery qulaity care due to ratio 1:6; broken equipment;run down unit;

Cons

Multiple changes back and forth, managers are unaware of what they are trying to achieve vs unqualified to manage a fast pace, higher acuity unit; clinical manger spends several hours a week working on Art projects for the hallways, she could spend quality time assisting staff and listening to the needs of the unit;staff unhappy as evidenced by high turnover;unit is run down;
