Pros

I really enjoy the people I work with. The focus and mission of the company are squarely on taking care of patients. I believe they sincerely believe in their mission statement and strive to fulfill it.

Cons

I wish on our end we would have better computer support. We have had a few issues with the software we use and it can get a little frustrating sometimes dealing with that.

Pros

A few good people as co-workers

Cons

Good workers are treated the same (or worse) as bad ones. Low salaries compared to market. No incentives to stay. Management is happy when good people leave so they don't have to change things that aren't working. A lot of money wasted hiring people who do very little work.
