      Pros

      Lots of opportunity within the company to learn and grow. Benefits are very inexpensive. Great work-culture with emphasis on employee health, well-being, and work-life balance.

      Cons

      Lots of life-time employees. Long interview/hiring process. There aren't many other cons to working at Intermountain, they really value their employees.
