Cons

Mediocre pay. Extra charge for spousal benefits if they work full-time elsewhere. Non-equitable pay between similar positions, for example RNs with the same job description get paid much more.

Radiology was an excellent work environment even though IH doesnt care for their employees

Amazing team of people in Radiology, especially in nursing.

Cons

Intermountain is constantly raising the cost of benefits, not keeping wages up with the cost of living, and finding ways to avoid giving promised bonuses. Intermountain "offers" opportunities but will exploit any loophole possible to avoid living up to their end.
