Pros

Faith-based organization. The environment is not as punitive as other hospitals but more charitable and rewarding. Nice facilities and technology. Partnered with Kaiser Permanente and national Jewish health. Non profit hospital so the pay is typically higher than others.

Cons

They make you approve your time card every two weeks which is annoying. You have to take your PTO if you call in sick.
