Pretty standard expectations of working in a hospital. Nothing outstanding.

Cons

The first thing they did when merging our hospital into their system was change pay structure. This caused several people to be payed $1000 to $2500 less for the next year. These employees already made relatively low pay. Despite our managers fighting for change, it fell on heartless and deaf bureaucratic ears.
