Pros

Lots of job opportunities for rad techs. High turnover rate, so it's easy to get in. The radiology managers are really good and will fight for you.

Cons

Really bad decisions made by corporate that you'll be expected to "manage" such as a terrible outsourced scheduling company that has absolutely no idea what they're doing. Non-competitive pay (travel techs are making a killing here). The administrators are very out of touch with what actually happens in the facilities.
