Pros

Great team and colleagues. Remote work was awesome

Cons

Anything about money or raises was thrown out the window. Was promised promotions and raises the last 3 years. Nothing. Since the SCL merger, IH has gone downhill

Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. First and foremost, we are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience at Intermountain Health. We appreciate your valuable feedback as it helps us identify the areas we can improve. As two of the nation’s leaders in providing better healthcare outcomes for lower costs, combining SCL Health and Intermountain’s operational and clinical programs strengthens our shared focus while simultaneously expanding our collective footprint to serve more patients and communities throughout the Mountain West. This merger also allows us to reduce costs by allowing for economies of scale and sharing best practices and resources, which can lead to improved quality of care for our patients. Additionally, we regularly review compensation each year to stay aligned with market trends and geographic considerations. We take all feedback seriously and will share your review with our teams as we continue to move forward.

Pros

I have been with this hospital for many years and have had many opportunities to grow.

Cons

Not thrilled with the way Intermountain has handled things since taking over this hospital. The culture is different now. Because of the merger, this hospital is suffering with the loss of Kaiser.
