Pros

Built a culture even in business side of healing and caring. I met nice, smart, fun people and enjoyed the not-for-profit aspect.

Cons

Too many lifers still working for pennies, people stay in positions because no one else wants the job, pay is low benefits are below average and promotions are made even in business and IT past bedside years - just because your a nurse or a doctor doesn't mean you're good at business/IT/everything. IT also is lacking funding, drive and leadership. I saw termination offenses happen often and never saw anyone fired.
