      Great benefits for full time employees. Many job opportunities throughout ( Once you are in the door).

      Cons

      Pay scale for an RN is lower than other states. Yearly pay increases are also very small.

      They have amazing benefits for employees. They offer tons if tools to assist with advancing your career.

      Cons

      In the specific department i am in they make it impossible to stay as long-term. Even harder to make it past a year. They have extremely hard attendance policy to follow,and it basically sets you up for failure.
