      Pros

      I've worked for Intermountain Healthcare for many years and have really enjoyed the culture, the people, and the purpose in my work. Intermountain Healthcare encourages employees to live healthy life styles and backs it up with great options for exercise, 'Live Well' incentives, and flexible work schedules. Intermountain Healthcare is a not-for-profit company with 22 hospitals and almost 200 clinics located throughout Utah and Southern Idaho.

      Pros

      I really enjoy the people that work there and a lot of growth is happening in IT. The company is committed to their employees and striving to be a leading innovator in healthcare and technology.

      Cons

      Takes a long time for the 401k company match to kick in. The company has a start up type feel in IT, but doesn't have a lot of the perks of start up companies (no free meals, snacks, no casual dress code)
