Pros

Great benefits (medical/dental/eye, they'll match 401K investment, fmla, etc.). Fast-paced. Networking within company and the involvement/implementation of health for the company such as their 5 commitments and workplaces get togethers.

Cons

Convinced something is going on with our boss and another tech. People seem to be clique-y and take long breaks/lunches. No professionalism/boundaries when joking around.

Good organization

Pros

Quality care and facilities! Had the opportunity to work with people who were truly exceptional and work on efforts that were way ahead of other healthcare organizations.

Cons

More recently, Intermountain became more like a for-profit healthcare organization than non-profit. Delivers great care, but some home office leadership are losing the connection that they are there to support patient care .
