      Do not work in Supply Chain!!!

      Pros

      I've heard once out of the Supply Chain Organization (SCO) it's a great company to work for.

      Cons

      DO NOT WORK IN THE SCO!!! Management has absolutely no clue how to run the SCO. They paid to some organization to give them an award!! I'm not joking either!!

      Pros

      Patient-focused care. Good benefit plan. Beautiful new facility with patient lifts in every room. Central location east of downtown.

      Cons

      Current financial constraints leading to layoffs and increasing RN to patient ratios. Reduced hours for unit education. The new normal.
