Pros

Pension plan is decent. Staff/Drs are good to work with.

Cons

Rest of benefits are nothing extraordinary. 401k match is low. Management is terrible. Very money driven corporation. Not enough focus on improving patient care. They do not value education or years of experience at all! They would rather pay a new nurse less, than retain someone with 10 plus years of experience.

Pros

Good HSA program. Decent retirement. Tuition reimbursement up to $3000. Strong company that is growing and good at adapting. Great core values. Very patient/client oriented.

Cons

Benefit premiums are constantly rising. No incentives for job performance. Very hard to earn a decent raise. Very "corporate minded". Wages are not competitive.
