Pros

Pretty much unlimited opportunities for overtime. Large system with almost 30 hospitals and hundreds of clinics. Nationally recognized. Pension!

Cons

Low wages. Leadership seems to disenfranchise employees.

Great feeling to work for a company that really is the best of the best. Many coworkers were great and fun. Relatively diverse.

Cons

No one can get anything done because of how badly their hands are tied. Compensation is WAYYYYY Too low
