Pros

The people I work with are amazing. They are my work family. They help alleviate the stressful environment. Every nurse manager I have had has been amazing.

Cons

Ironically the insurance coverage isn't that great. Utah is well below the national standard for paying nurses however I know Intermountain is trying to catch up. The raises lately have been really good.

Pros

The work itself is very easy, much like a "go fetch" person/janitor

Cons

Coworkers have a tendency to "hide" during busy hours, leaving the hard work for others

Pros

Work with good people close to home until they moved to Broomfield

Cons

It's not about patients; it's about money. Not into the whole faith based thing.
