Pros

You can work a 3 day work week and somewhat control your schedule. Form great relationships with co-workers.

Cons

Even though they say you are only required to work 3 weekend shifts you usually end up doing more. Get called off frequently because of lo-census.

Everyone has a caring and positive attitude. From the staff to the doctors, everyone is kind and encouraging.

Cons

Overwork their employees, did not receive warning before termination.

Pros

Great company and staff I work nights and mostly weekends so I am able to get the hours I need when I needed them!

Cons

So far none I work properly nights but I am able to get full time hours if I need. They pay great and I love it so far.
