Pros

Intermountain is a well run non-profit healthcare system. The benefits and job security are great. The pay is competitive in some areas. Healthcare is booming right now, and Intermountain is always hiring.

Cons

Doctors are gods. Don't argue with them, don't talk about them, whatever they say goes. They only get in trouble if they commit a felony. If you are not a doctor, you are insignificant in many ways. Some people have a heavier workload, and more responsibility than the doctors. Furthermore, 5% of the employees are bitter, entitled, and vindictive. The pay is not competitive in some areas.
