      Pros

      atmosphere is at once both friendly and professional, great boss, excellent location right off the freeway, free food every now and then, extra $50 every quarter for participating in LiVe Well program

      Cons

      have to take salary deduction to get health insurance (happens before payroll taxes, so payroll tax is less if you get health insurance)

      Great co-workers; fast paced work environment- no two days are the same; smart people; starting pay is comparable to other similar organizations

      Cons

      Not a lot of work/ life balance; they will work you very hard if you let them; hard to get promoted from within; pay tops out pretty quickly; high turnover means having to take on a lot of extra work.
