Pros

Family oriented and great teamwork. Awesome staff and great learning environment. Love the 12 hour shifts and working just 3 days a week!!

Cons

Not as flexible schedules as I was wanting. So it was somewhat difficult to take off work to be home with a sick kid.

Pros

If you are a recent graduate in any field you have a good chance of getting a job at St. James. They like to hire people with no experience at the bottom of the pay scale. The cost of living in Butte is reasonable.

Cons

Communication and respect from middle and upper management to the real workers is not present. Most of those in management came from within and have no leadership skills. Our hospitalist provider has been unable to supply the hospital with quality physicians.
