Pros

This company truly cares about its employees and their well being. Great events and warm atmosphere create an environment that is enjoyable to work in. Benefits are rich and pay is competitive and fair. There is a cohesive nature within the company that we are working to help benefit our members.

Cons

Sometimes the job can be redundant but the team you work with help bring you up and make things interesting. They are still moving departments around the building here and there so there shouldn't be another move for a while.

Pros

Work life balance, benefits are amazing, location, coworkers. Several locations throughout the Rocky Mountains.

Cons

Difficult to advance unless you're in the 'it' crowd.

Pros

The supervisors and other bosses all care about the lower level employees and try to get to know everyone. Great pay and benefits. Raises and cost of living raises. Great atmosphere.

Cons

The only negative thing is the move to West Valley from Murray and no one really likes the set up of the desks and new building.
