Pros

Quality care and facilities! Had the opportunity to work with people who were truly exceptional and work on efforts that were way ahead of other healthcare organizations.

Cons

More recently, Intermountain became more like a for-profit healthcare organization than non-profit. Delivers great care, but some home office leadership are losing the connection that they are there to support patient care .

Pros

The company is very slow moving which means low stress and flexibility.

Cons

While the company is slow moving it is difficult to get excited about the work.

Pros

The staff are extremely skilled and professional. They have high standards and expectations. Really enjoyed my Externship there.

Cons

The schedule is very different, I would have liked a more consistent schedule. There is very little contact with supervisor which some may like.
