Pros

If you get in the right group, great flexibility, great co-workers, fun technology to work on

Cons

Lots of dysfunctional software groups inside of Intermountain, so plenty of chances to be disappointed in your working group. I was lucky to be a part of a functional group

Pros

Growing company with the ability to transfer to different working departments.

Cons

You have to know people in order to "move up" in the company. They say they value team members with more experience but in all honesty it actually depends on who you know. I was denied full time after applying twice.
