Pros

The company is always trying to promote enjoying your job. they have fun things that employees can participate in through the year. My managers do care about me and helping me to reach my goals. this might be different in other departments. Great benefits.

Cons

They promote going to school and getting a degree but they do not have positions for new grads.

Pros

One of the few places you can work only 24 hours and still get health benefits even though it is expensive it's cheaper than purchasing elsewhere

Cons

Can't compete with surrounding hospitals in payscale because they're a nonprofit company.
