      GREAT relationships within teams. The organization really encourages work life behavior. Strongly encourages the use of PTO. A lot of internal movement opportunities. Values learning and development. Challenging opportunities.

      Cons

      Poor communication between upper management and lower levels. In addition, there is a lack of communication between departments causing redundancies. Certain areas are drastically understaffed.
