Pros

Great work environment. Friendly co-workers. Flexible schedules

Cons

Paid Time Off can only be used in 8-hour increments - so no half days. Paid Time Off is based on a weekly schedule so extra hours this week does not mean hours off the next week. (But extra Monday hours can mean hours off that Friday).

Pros

I worked in the lab and had a lot of great people to work with that made the job very enjoyable. Everyone helped each other and the supervisors listened when there was a problem and helped resolved it.

Cons

There was times it was short staffed but that is common in the health field and not the company. When we needed the help management people would step in and help to levitate some stress from the rest of the workers.
