Pros

I think they're honestly trying to do the right thing. Being a non-profit probably helps. As an RN, they give us an appropriate amount of autonomy in our role. Well managed company. I'm hoping to stay with them for a long time.

Cons

Well, it's in Utah. You'll probably get paid more money if you do the same job outside of Utah, but this isn't an Intermountain Healthcare specific issues. It's just the Utah job market. So yes, a lower salary is a "con" of working here, but it's just due to the market of the geography, and not Intermountain itself.
