Pros

Good work/life balance. Flexible work hours and work from home. Company overall really cares for it's employees and patients along with strong ethics and values.

Cons

Big company with the expected red tape and politics. Hard to stay in one department and advance.

Pros

Work life balance is unrivaled. People generally care about you. I have stayed at SelectHealth for so long because the people are so great to work with. If you have an issue you can express it, and management will address it.

Cons

Benefits are average, and it's a non-profit so unless you are an actuary you won't get rich.
