Pros

The people at Intermountain are incredible

Cons

The management of Intermountain is going to destroy its legacy. They have outsourced so many jobs and are going to continue to do so. They left so many people in the dark and one day to the next they were working for another company or losing their job. They do not understand how to help their employees and they do not value them.

Pros

If you love patient care and want to work at a place that is always evolving and has new and innovative practices this is a great place to work.

Cons

IHC is not focused on keeping their employees happy and it does not have good management. Problems and issues are brushed under the rug to make it look like everything is right. They are more focused on saving money and spreading their employees too thin so patient care can’t be up to par.
