Pros

There used to be many

Cons

An organization that used to be owned by the LDS Church now discriminates against Mormons, both in their firing and hiring practices. Upper management is blatantly anti-Mormon. Stay tuned to learn more...

Pros

Great training, lots of resources, room for advancement and education reimbursement. Most frontline staff genuinely love what they do! It’s amazing to be a part of that and working next to people that want to help others the way you do.

Cons

Cuts backs to many departments, micro management, constant threats of raises being withheld if not able to meet unreasonable goals. Very strict policies, if something is in the “grey area” managers error on the side of Intermountain instead of employee, for fear of their own job. The morale is at an all time low (worked there for 12 years).

Marc Harrison- Destroying a company as well as a community.

Pros

Before Marc Harrison popped up as our CEO, Intermountain was a great place to work. I have personally worked here for many years, with experience in three different departments. We had great benefits, stable and consistent management, great teamwork, and an overall encouraging and supportive place to work. We felt confident in our abilities to serve our patients, and secure in our work environment. This is no longer the case.

Cons

Marc Harrison has destroyed our sense of community, our job security, and morale. Ripping apart people's lives for what? A bigger paycheck for himself? A sense of power and importance? We are in constant worry of our departments being downsized, outsourced, or cut altogether. Where we all once felt a sense of community, we now feel an uncomfortable sense of competition; our coworkers are now our enemies, we are competing for our livelihoods.
