      Micro-managed to the hilt! Clinical employees (aka ESSENTIAL employees) always get the shaft anytime they try to save money, but of course management never gets called-off or has to work short or take a pay cut.

      Can't think of any. I really can't. St Joe's once was a great place to work, it felt like a real family where we cared for the community and each other. Since SCLS bought us out, we have become one of the worst organizations to work for that I've ever experienced.

      Cons

      Horrible benefits. I'm talking $1,000 out of pocket deductibles on healthcare plans with 10% co pays. Management top to bottom is only concerned with the bottom line. Pay is at the bottom of all hospital systems in Denver. Recent HR survey showed that the majority of staff felt their pay and benefits were not what they should be. They hired a consulting firm to do a market analysis 5 months ago but still have done nothing about it. Just rolled out benefit choices for open enrollment 2013 and benefits are worse than last year. This organization cares not one iota for it's employees, it's all about the bottom line. Period.
