      Pros

      Great benefits, stable work environment. pay increases each year, food discounts at the hospitals.

      Cons

      Some micro managing. long hours sometimes and mandatory on call. Pay is also lower than competition.

      Pros

      Good benefits, large stable company, clear policies and procedures, Intermountain does provide great health care to its customers/patients.

      Cons

      Very small pay increases for non-managerial employees. Almost impossible to "move up" as Intermountain often hires from without rather than promoting hard working employees
