Standard industry payscale. Good benefits.

Cons

No policies and procedures exist in the IT business unit. No on-call pay. Extreme situation of over-worked and under-staffed, and during a staffing freeze.

Decent benefits (Health Insurance, PTO, 401K match, Flexible Scheduling)

Cons

Stagnant Pay (annual raises are non-existant), little to no opportunity for advancement. Raises average 1.9% annually (less that the rate of inflation), and promotions within a department are non-existent.
