Pros

As the health insurance company, insuring the most Utahns they aren't going anywhere. Any position here has the position to be very stable.

Cons

Politics politics politics. What cube you get, what office and where. Who you go out to lunch with. Be prepared.

Pros

As listed above, the company is one of the best to work for. They have a great team atmosphere, great pay, great benefits. Good management, and it's an in demand field.

Cons

Patient billing was my field, and it is emotionally taxing. Hard to listen to people who are sick or have a sick loved one all day everyday. The other downside, it's pretty much impossible to get hired. Unless you know someone in the company who can refer you, you have little chance. It's a secret about most healthcare jobs.
