Pros

Work is easier b/c of all the electronic systems used. The hospital is constantly expanding. Keeps you busy so the days don't drag by.

Cons

Horrible pay! All of management are friends so if you have an issue and need to follow the chain of command, you might as well hang it up. Nothing will get done about your concerns.

Pros

Intermountain Healthcare provided excellent benefits and the Center Director was supportive of staff taking time off when necessary. The Director secured raises for the staff during my time.

Cons

Very little communication with supervisor. The teacher to child ratios are at state limit and center could be very crowded. No standard curriculum or discipline policy.
