      Overworked and Underappreciated

      Pension if you were hired before 2020

      Cons

      WAY overworked and not just due to Covid. They keep reorganizing, cutting jobs, saying do more with less. Employees are completely burnt out and yet told to work harder. You have PTO but if you ever end up finding a time when you can actually use it... you come back to being behind with zero management support on how to catch up or even try to keep up.

      Some of my favorite coworkers of all time. Great training programs that create nurses who are ready for just about anything.

      Crappy management. Low pay. Race issues.
