Pros

Still some great people, but not nearly as many as there used to be. Focus on "safety" in recent years has shown positive results. Good work-life balance for non-clinical staff.

Cons

Poor leadership, rapidly losing best talent, don't care about employees, layoffs and reduction of benefits rule the day, hyper focused on M&A
