Among decades of wonderful & uplifting occupational healthcare experiences, being a provider for St. Mary's has been the sole dreadful undertaking of my career. In retrospect, I can now acknowledge the mistake I made in signing with this organization. From one provider to another in consideration of the sacrifices we make to become who we are and earn the honor to care for our patients, I feel obliged to advise you to carefully contemplate your options on your next practice site. Out of preservation of your self-worth, I embolden you to choose an entity other than St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Junction. I regret my decision wholeheartedly and wish someone had been upfront with me about their experience.

Works RN’s too hard, very quick burnout. Patient loads too heavy to give their required optimal patient care. Treats employees very poorly.
