Pros

Great benefits and compensation. The company truly focuses on the patient experience which is great. They do some wonderful things for the community!!! Overall a great organization.

Cons

They have some challenges with the companies leadership and HR is a mess since the restructure of the company.

Great benefits Career growth (internal applications and monthly check ins) Reasonable hours Nice people to work with generally

Cons

At smaller locations the management can become more provider-centric and not put as much work into employees. It’s hard to get all the required software and permissions to do job initially (can take months)
