While the healthcare industry continues to face staffing shortages across the nation, Intermountain Health is employing innovative solutions to address these shortages, including remote and hybrid work options for select positions where possible, tuition reimbursement/education assistance, paid training programs and apprenticeships, and partnerships with educational institutions and community organizations to develop a pipeline of healthcare talent.
